The global Diesel mayhem ended with a confetti bang in New York, here´s the recap made by our S.K.i.R gals n lads which attended at the biggest party ever.

“The party took off in a whirl, spinning a line-up of 30 artists around in no more than 6 hours. Matter was filled to the max with dancing, drinking, laughing and loving people, with rumours having it that tickets were sold for up to £80 outside. Mark Ronson refused to stop playing until they’d cut the sound, Leathal Bizzle got the beat right with his fast paced, dirty hiphop, it was said that Pete Doherty was on stage early in the evening. New Young Pony Club, The View, These New Puritans, Patrick Wolf, Tayo, Supergrass and The Teenagers all added to the charmingly chaotic feeling of the party. Hiphop, chill rock, electro, indie, rave was all added to the mixture, keeping the crown grooving until dawn.” (More London soon)

„The Last weeks were really interesting in New York City because there were so many rumors about this top secret party. Someone meant that Justice come up, but they didn´t. Someone meant that Pete Doherty will come, but he didn´t. All of us knww that M.I.A will appear, and she did in a lovely way with a unborn and nobody got the Info that she is pragnent. So all of us got big eyes after she came on stage. The Diesel New York extravaganza was a “once in a lifetime” event. Don´t think that something like this will come up again in the next 30 years. „After the Olympic Games, this party was the best in ages. Haven´t seen Aoki or Uffie etc. before, because there aren´t so much Electronic Artists in China. But it was really worth to be there and i´ve danced the whole night. By the way, Aoki played his IBIZA mix and the stripper girls were very sexy.”

„My personal fav was DJ Noize. He´s the world DJ champion and rocked the crowd. Amanda Lepore was a bit too extraordinary…hehe. It was a good party, with loads of really stylish people, drag queens and more, hope they come back soon with something like this. ”
