Tribute to Coco Chanel

A few days til “Coco avant Chanel” get released in Germany (U.S. will follow in September, UK already started) we will dedicate the next three weeks to Coco, her life and work and  more.

“Fashion fades away, but only style remains the same”. This great Quote from her would be a Credo if Fashion is a Religion. Even there are many People out there who think it is one.

The young life of Coco Chanel was hard & desperate before she get into her own world of glamor & style. She was probably the first who shocked the society with her foible for Men Clothes but she also gave a thing called little Black dress to Women World.

The recent Biopic with Audrey Tautou and the “Coco Chanel” with Shirley McClaine are those two Movies which caught attention. Second one was only made for TV Stations. But there is a third one, called “Coco & Igor” , which is also projected for a release this year. It tells the Love Story between Coco and Igor Stravinsky. A Scandal in the 20ies and her longtime Secret.

(Only available from August 6th til Agust 13th)

More about this Movies and her life will coming soon in a Special by our very own JuliaChic.
Beside that, we´ve produced a limited Edition “Tribute to Coco” Shirts with several Designs. We will post a new one every week which is available in our Shop for ONLY 7 Days. All Designs are printed on American Apparel. Click here for our shop.
